Dr. Paola Valenti received her veterinary degree from the University of Milan, Italy, in 2005.
She developed soon a strong interest towards cancer biology and clinical oncology and started a Masters Course in Veterinary Oncology at Pisa University, which she completed in 2009.
After 4 years working in small animal practice, she moved to Switzerland, where she completed an ACVIM residency program in Oncology and obtained the American Diploma in Oncology (DACVIM Oncology) in 2014.
Since 2014 she has been working in 2 private referrals in Italy, where she is responsible for the medical oncology service.
She is author and co-author of several peer- reviewed publications.
