Mihai graduated from the faculty of veterinary medicine of the Univeristy of Liège (Belgium) in 2013, and completed a rotating internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at the National Veterinary School of Alfort (France) in 2014.

He then spent two years in general practice, obtaining in parallel a degree in Microsurgery, as well as one in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology at the faculty of medicine of the University of Paris (France).

He joined the department of Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at ADVETIA Multispecialty Small Animal Hospital in the Paris area in 2017, where he enrolled in a Full-time Residency Training Program with Dr Philippe Hennet as a Supervisor. Since then, he’s enjoying a limited practice in Veterinary Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Mihai became a Diplomate of the European Veterinary Dental College (EVDC) in 2021.

After a 4-year program, he passed his degree in human medicine Maxillofacial, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the faculty of medicine of the University of Lorraine (France) in 2022 in the department of Prof. M.Brix. His dissertation dealed with comparative pathology and surgical approaches between humans and animals experiencing oromaxillofacial tumors.

Mihai’s main fields of interest, and publications are dedicated to maxillofacial conditions, and he is regularly invited to speak, and review articles, both nationally and internationally.

Since 2021, he is member of the educational committee of the EVDC, and secretary of the GEROS - AFVAC (french association dedicated to veterinary dentistry and oral surgery). He is also honorary member of the RSVD (Romanian society of veterinary dentistry and oral surgery).
